In Kurdistan Iraq, young prisoners are subjected to sexual exploitation.

This is something for which the Minister of Social Affairs must answer. I heard on the Zoom TV, program ‘Secrets’, that in prisons within the Kurdistan Region, young prisoners are subjected to sexual exploitation.
Some cells are partitioned with PVC sheeting for these activities.
Other beds are curtained off from the main cell area.
In the female prison, the detainees were being taken out after midnight for these exploitative acts.
At whose hands does this happen, who does that, and who issued an order to that effect?
