UK Ministry of Defence Answer’s Kurdfile Inquiry
Kurdfile Engages with British Ministry of Defense on Training of Prime Minister’s Son Areen masrour Barzani
Kurdfile is currently in discussions with the UK Ministry of Defense (MOD) regarding the military education of Areen Masrour Barzani, son of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
In the past, Kurdfile has taken a keen interest in Areen Masrour Barzani’s military education in the UK. We have maintained contact with the UK MOD to ensure transparency and accuracy in our reporting. In an official letter to Kurdfile, the UK MOD provided key information regarding military education in the country.
According to the MOD, the course undertaken by Areen Masrour Barzani at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst is the Regular Commissioning Course, which lasts for 44 weeks. He is currently at the end of this intensive training program.
Kurdfile will keep the information about the cost of tuition and the number of Kurdish participants enrolled in this course confidential for the time being. We plan to publish this information in the near future to the Kurdish public.
While our youth is fleeing Kurdistan due to lack of jobs and a proper life, some people are enjoying a lavish lifestyle at a great cost to our people.
