Barclay Surrick on August 22, 2024, confirms the ruling of an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) tribunal, which found in favor of Iraq Telecom following a contentious arbitration over alleged breaches and misconduct in business dealings.

The case, Iraq Telecom Limited v. Sirwan Saber Mustafa et al., stems from a series of disputes between Iraq Telecom and the defendants regarding the management and operation of Korek Telecom.
