Mubarak attributed these appointments to the support and efforts of Masrour Barzani, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, stating, “With the efforts, courage, and support of my elder brother, Mr. Masrour Barzani, these opportunities were created. It is important that our people understand this fact and support us to continue.”
